DESCRIPTION:El Real Decreto 56/2016, relativo a la eficiencia energética establece en su artículo 2, la obligatoriedad de realizar auditorías energéticas cada cuatro años: a las grandes empresas, entendiendo por tales tanto las que ocupen al menos a 250 personas como las que, aun sin cumplir dicho requisito, tengan un balance general que exceda de 43 millones de euros. De igual modo, será también de aplicación a los grupos de sociedades, que, teniendo en cuenta las magnitudes agregadas de todas las sociedades cumplan los referidos requisitos de gran empresa.\nLas auditorias pueden sustituirse por un Sistema de Gestión Energética según ISO 50001, certificado por un organismo independiente, que además asegura el ahorro de costes de energía mediante implantación de acciones especificas.
